About the Role:

Based full-time and onsite in our Pasig office, you will be a vital part of our Philippines finance team, responsible for managing financial operations for both our Australian and Philippine entities. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and possesses a strong understanding of Australian tax law and international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations.

  • Efficiently code and process supplier billings and vendor payments.

  • Update and maintain comprehensive expense records for both Philippine and Australian operations.

  • Support payroll processing for both countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Australian finance team for critical month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Prepare and analyse profit and loss statements.

  • Assist with audits and other financial reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 CPA Qualified Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

  • Proven experience working for an Australian company.

  • A strong understanding of Australian Tax Law.

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute at a fast pace in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience with international accounting standards and payroll systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks would be a significant advantage.

  • Must reside locally and be available to work full-time onsite (no hybrid options available).
