We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with a CPA license to join our finance team. This position will be responsible for the accurate preparation and timely delivery of financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, to support sound decision-making within the organization. The role requires a strong focus on ensuring the company's compliance with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) regulations and maintaining a state of audit readiness at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and preparing tax-related documents, ensuring accurate and complete tax filings, and proactively addressing potential risks to meet BIR compliance standards. This may include Handling of Tax Compliance and BIR-related filings and concerns.
  • The senior Finance Officer will lead efforts to ensure that financial processes and records are audit-ready, with an emphasis on mitigating compliance risks.
  • This role may also be required to support the team in recording accounts payable, accounts receivables, bank reconciliation, and preparation of other financial and management reports.
  • Should demonstrate application of the knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • This position embraces experimentation, resourcefulness, and proactivity.

Qualifications:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
  • At least 5 years experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial management and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Open to CPA outside NCR but must be willing to travel to our offices as needed
