Schedule: Monday - Friday (US Business hours and Holidays)

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Process Analyst I provides operational and administrative support to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables for the offshore team. This role focuses on completing assigned tasks on:

  1. Business License Processing

  2. Property Tax Processing

  3. Payroll Tax Processing

  4. Benefits Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out assigned tasks accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring alignment with client and project requirements.

  2. Follow established workflows and procedures while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

  3. Assist in gathering, reviewing, and preparing data and documentation needed for deliverables.

  4. Participate in process walkthroughs to understand and document workflow steps for clarity and consistency.

  5. Coordinate closely with the Team Leader to report progress, flag issues, and ensure smooth communication with the SME .

  6. Adhere to team schedules, work hours, and operational guidelines as set by the Team Leader and SME.

  7. Directly coordinate and assist on clients' concerns

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or any similar course.

  2. Must be willing to work in graveyard shift and follow US business hours and Holidays.

  3. Must be amenable to work in Ortigas onsite Monday-Friday

  4. Good Communication skills is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
