Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding inquiries, product information, or account concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Accurately record details of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics (quality, efficiency, attendance, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Open for Fresh Graduates — No BPO experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Amenable to work on-site in Pasig City.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
