Medical Operations Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards; maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Monitor patient flow and help optimize scheduling to improve efficiency and productivity
- Use medical practice management software like WoundAlly, Athena, or Epic for scheduling, billing, and records management
- Train and support staff on workflows, compliance, and best practices
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns while ensuring a high level of service and care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in medical management or administrative support
- Familiarity with critical care practices and managed care systems
- Proficiency with medical software systems like WoundAlly, Athena, or Epic (nice to have)
- Strong knowledge of medical records management and compliance standards
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
- Proficiency with medical software systems like WoundAlly, Athena, or Epic (nice to have)
