Junior Media Buyer

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in media strategy and campaign management under the guidance of senior planners and buyers.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Planning, Implementation & Management
- Assist in developing and executing media plans across ATL and digital platforms (TV, Radio, OOH, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Support end-to-end campaign execution, including setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Track pacing and delivery against KPIs, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Coordinate with vendors, publishers, and internal teams for smooth and accurate implementation.
2. Tracking & Attribution
- Generate and implement tracking tools such as UTM parameters and pixels to measure campaign performance (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.).
- Ensure proper tagging and accurate conversion tracking following established standards. And that all tracking links, and buy details are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
- Monitor campaign schedules to avoid lapses or missed rotations.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile campaign performance data and assist in preparing regular reports on key metrics.
- Analyze results to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the interpretation of data to support optimization and decision-making.

4. Quality Assurance
- Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks to ensure assets, targeting, and tracking are properly set up.
- Troubleshoot common ad or placement issues and escalate complex concerns to senior team members.
- Ensure adherence to internal campaign governance standards, including file naming, documentation, and tracking conventions.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes, including proof of performance, screenshots, and reports.
5. Ad Technology & Best Practices
- Willing to learn, secure certifications and maintain working knowledge of ad platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Tools, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Support the development of best practices and help document standard processes.
- Stay updated on emerging media trends, platform changes, and technology advancements.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of assets, budgets, and KPIs across all campaign phases.
- Coordinate with suppliers and media partners for both ATL and digital deliverables to maintain consistency in brand messaging.
6. Internal Team Coordination
- Assist in verifying campaign details, budgets, and media placements under the supervision of a senior buyer.
- Monitor billing timelines, follow up with vendors for invoices, and flag discrepancies when necessary.
- Support the tracking and reconciliation of expenses and maintain accurate documentation for finance teams.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of assets, budgets, and KPIs across all campaign phases.
- Coordinate with suppliers and media partners for both ATL and digital deliverables to maintain consistency in brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in media, advertising, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or Statisticspreferred.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Tools, and TikTok Ads is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of basic media metrics (reach, frequency, impressions, conversions, CTR, etc.).
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work within cross-functional teams.
- Eager to learn and grow in both ATL and Digital media disciplines.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Has strong internet connection at home and ability to work productively in a hybrid environment.
