Excavator / Wheel Loader / Bulldozer Operator

Location: Pasay City, Metro Manila

Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with possible extension)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Saturday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Open for overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • ₱1,000 per day (plus overtime pay per labor standards).
  • Food allowance and accommodation allowance provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Excavator, Wheel Loader, or Bulldozer safely and efficiently for earthmoving and site development tasks.
  • Follow project plans and instructions from the Site Engineer or Foreman.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance to ensure machines are in top condition.
  • Monitor work progress and report any equipment issues or site hazards immediately.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic rules, and company policies.
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.

Qualifications

  • Relevant operating experience on at least one of the following: Excavator, Wheel Loader, or Bulldozer.
  • TESDA NC II Certificate (Heavy Equipment Operation) is required.
  • Fit-to-work medical certificate (must be provided before deployment).
  • Preferably residing in or near Pasay City or willing to relocate/commute daily.
  • Strong understanding of construction-site safety procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime and in varying weather conditions.

Pay: Php26, Php27,000.00 per month
