Principle ObjectivesEnsure standardisation, compliance of daily operating procedures with evolving records management policies. Manage escalations to a timely resolution with either vendors or internal IT support. Perform cross-platform audits of RS-SQL objects and user permissions.

Manage Users, Contracts, and Accounts on RS-SQL (Creation, Deletion, Permissions). Review financials in order to identify revenue leakage and audit new account rates to ensure adherence to contracts. Data Collection and configuration management for RS-SQL application, data recovery planning, and initiatives to improve the reliability of both staff and system.

Create automation to validate RS-SQL application configurations and data. This should be an ongoing progress reflecting changing business needs. Create templates for the induction of data, such as accounts, users, and transactions, into RS-SQL.

These templates will act as data validation and will enforce standards. This will require the leverage of workflow systems and orchestration systems as adopted by the business. Familiarity with coding is preferred as data validation will be performed on a wide variety of languages, from regex, PowerShell, Power Query, C#, to js.

Proactive Maintenance/Management key object types in RS-SQL that relate to BAU functionality. Manage the Data Migration for:AcquisitionsNew business

Client transfer

Provide performance, procedure, and process tuning/recommendations.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders nationwide. Support and maintain Grace's Contracts Database to ensure the accuracy and reliability of metadata to allow related business functions to operate smoothly. Provide troubleshooting concerning RS-SQL and its interaction with the invoicing process.

Assist with preparing data for a report using various platforms, such as Salesforce, MTData, MS-SQL, RS-SQL, SQL Report Services, and PowerBI.Scope of PositionTo assist and support the Management and Team to ensure the smoother operation of the same. To reduce repetitive workloads throughout the business to increase productivity. Increase the competitiveness of our solutions against competitors.

Client MaintenanceLiaise with all departments to ensure Customer issues are resolved in a suitable and professional manner. Manage all automation and/or scripting-based tasks such as SSRS, PowerBI, Power Query, and others. ReportingAutomate EOM reporting-based responsibilities.

Compile and provide scheduled advanced reporting for clients and staff. Standardise reporting templates to ensure report requests can be quickly fulfilled. Personal DutiesPresent a professional corporate image.

Ensure that safe operating practices and processes are evaluated, reviewed, and made available to all workers

Escalate all safety concerns to the Direct Manager and the Group Manager – Compliance & RiskGeneral DutiesOther duties as directed by Senior Management. RequirementsTertiary training in IT certification, Cert 3 or higher. No previous experience required.

Interest in proactive maintenance, standardisation, change management, and enforcement of polices. Interest in coding, structuring data, and presenting data in a coherent manner. Measurement of PerformanceGeneral TargetsAccurate and timely completion of all duties.
