The Architectural and Design Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring all engineering activities are aligned to Brand specifications and are effectively executed, including but not limited to store planning, cost engineering, methods and testing.

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

  • Responsible for the National Level of Construction Project Management process.
  • Responsible in Value Engineering for the project
  • Manages the Technical Team, Officer-in-Charge, and PICs area performances
  • Innovation for Store Design and Material Specification
  • Cascading and Aligning store updates
  • Top Management coordination and alignment

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS ARCHITECTURE
  • REGISTERED LICENSED ARCHITECT
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to work in Paranaque City
  • Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
