Location: Clark, Pampanga

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Fulltime

Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

About this role . . .

The Loan Processor will report and assist in processing loans and needs to have a highly driven, customer-focused and friendly person with superior communications skills to support the dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the brokers in day-to-day activities including admin and data entry
  • Provide excellent service and communication with clients
  • Follow up clients for supporting documentation to assist in their loan application
  • Analysing the documents from clients to submit an application
  • Submitting loan applications and following up with lenders as to the process
  • Liaise with lenders and other industry participants

Qualifications / Skills:

  • At least 3 years Experience in a mortgage broking firm preferred or possibly a lender.
  • Has worked in home loan processing or have experience in lending.
  • Be quite analytical, structured, process orientated and personally organised.
  • Have good initiative.
  • Be a self-starter, who has high standards and sets themselves goals and goes about achieving them.
  • Needs to have good attention to detail.
