Responsibilities

  • Manage to check, troubleshoot, install, repair all in-house and on-site works assigned by the company at a particular destinations;

  • Conduct client demonstration as may be required;

  • Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommends the right product or services fitted for them;

  • Provides training and technical assistance to customers and helps them to identify or resolve simple repairs, preventive maintenance etc.;

  • Understands technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnosis;

  • Provide technical support in case of complex issues;

  • Performs in-house repair on all machines assigned by the immediate superior;

  • Accomplish service report for each service job and submit to Technical Assistant and Technical Supervisor;

  • Ensures that all equipment are properly working and test accordingly to standard test procedures;

  • Coordinates with Technical Assistant regarding requests for parts and tools;

  • Responsible to study and familiarize oneself with new equipment or process and its specifications

  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Officers from time to time.

Qualifications

  • At least a holder of a diploma or certificate related to Electrical Engineering

  • Preferably with experience welding but not required

  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision

  • Can start as soon as possible
