About the role

Net Pacific, Inc.' is seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer (Electrical Engineer) to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our electrical systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on challenging and diverse projects within the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems at various project sites
  2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, and implementing appropriate solutions
  3. Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful completion of electrical installations and modifications
  4. Providing technical support and guidance to on-site personnel
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  6. Documenting and reporting on the status of electrical systems and any corrective actions taken

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  2. experience as a Field Engineer or Electrical Engineer in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry is an advantage
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations
