Job Responsibilities

  • Accepts Enrollees (Unit Owners) for a Leasing Service Program
  • Advertises or markets units that are enrolled through social media to reach tenants looking for units to lease.
  • Assists prospect tenants for unit viewing and negotiates with potential tenants.
  • Processes documentations such as contracts, authority to lease
  • Process request of checks releasing (commission, rental payments for unit owners, security deposit)
  • Assists concerns and answers queries of owner or tenants.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of any Business course or related.
  • Technologically aware and digitally savvy; experience in photo/video editing tools in an advantage
  • Excellent in oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong.
  • Work experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates or board passers are encouraged to apply.
