About the role

Join the growing team at Atoz-Rachel Motorcycle parts supply' as a Call Center Agent (Sales Account). This is a full-time, work-from-home role based in Carcar City Cebu, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for the company's motorcycle parts business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, answering their queries and addressing their needs
  2. Proactively selling motorcycle parts and accessories to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Providing accurate product information and recommendations to customers
  4. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  6. Continuously improving your product knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach
  4. Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories, or a willingness to learn
  5. Proficiency in English and the local language
  6. Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate various software and systems
  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
