As a full-time Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers of our premium cable account. Working from our office in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Explaining product features, service information and billing details to customers
  3. Processing customer orders, changes and cancellations accurately
  4. Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team members
  5. Continuously improving your product knowledge to better serve our customers
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries and concerns
  3. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
