Customer Service Representative

iOPEX Technologies is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality support to our clientele, ensuring a seamless and positive brand experience.
While we prioritize candidates with a strong work ethic and superior communication skills, no prior professional experience is required. We provide a comprehensive, structured training program designed to equip the successful candidate with the necessary industry knowledge and technical proficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inbound Correspondence: Manage high-volume inquiries via telephone, email, and digital messaging platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions in accordance with company policy.
- Information Management: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotional offerings to provide accurate information.
- Escalation Management: Recognize and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisory level when necessary.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening and professional etiquette.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed during challenging customer interactions.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in basic computing, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn proprietary software systems.
- Availability: Flexibility to work assigned shifts, which may include [specify hours, e.g., evenings or weekends].
