About the role

Philippine Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager to lead our medical equipment sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with our clients in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to help them excel
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts with healthcare providers and facilities
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Analysing sales data and providing regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Extensive Experience in Medical Equipment Selling
  • Specific experience in diagnostic imaging equipment sales is required
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in medical equipment or healthcare sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Previous sales management experience is required for this position
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and the latest trends and developments in medical equipment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration
