Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff activities.
  • Perform and oversee electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and related equipment.
  • Schedule and monitor prevent maintenance programs for all resort facilities.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance work , and inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

  • At least vocational graduate or NC II certification in electrical or refrigeration & air conditioning (RAC).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical skills in electrical systems and AC repair.
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Physically fit to handle maintenance work.
