Public Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and diligent Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in public spaces. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our guests and visitors experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure all public spaces are tidy, sanitized, and presentable at all times.
• Collect trash and waste, dispose of it properly, and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist guests or visitors with directions or inquiries in a courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.
