PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled
IT Head
to lead the entire IT function of our client. This is an enterprise-wide role combining strategic leadership with day-to-day operational management. You will play a critical role in shaping and implementing IT strategies, overseeing projects, and managing teams to ensure the organization's technology environment supports its overall business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the IT function across the organization, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, ERP, and support functions.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive digital transformation.
• Manage multiple IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Establish IT policies, security protocols, and compliance measures to safeguard the organization's digital assets.
• Build, lead, and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize IT service delivery.
• Oversee IT budgeting, cost management, and demonstrate the value of IT investments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an enterprise-level IT Head, IT Director, or equivalent role.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing IT teams and complex projects.
• Expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, security, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and IT governance.
