We are looking for a versatile and experienced Engineer to oversee the maintenance of multiple buildings and the planning and construction of farm infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, operational efficiency, and functionality of all facilities across our estate/farm, while also leading new construction and renovation projects.

Qualifications:

  • Holder of bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably civil, electrical or mechanical, supplemented with specialized training in business management or related experience.

  • With at least 5 years of engineering experience with a focus on both building maintenance and construction, preferably in agricultural or rural settings.

  • Hands-on experience managing farm construction projects and multi-building maintenance programs.

  • Willing to travel to Batangas (Farm)

With extensive background on the following:

Building Maintenance:

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise routine and preventive maintenance for buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.

  • Inspect buildings and facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.

  • Manage repair works, coordinate with service providers, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

  • Maintain maintenance logs, asset records, and safety compliance documentation.

Farm Construction:

  • Design and supervise the construction of agricultural structures including barns, greenhouses, irrigation systems, fencing, silos, drainage systems, and farm roads.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed farm development projects.

  • Ensure all agricultural constructions meet environmental, structural, and regulatory standards.

  • Implement sustainable practices to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Project & Resource Management:

  • Develop budgets, schedules, and material requirements for construction and maintenance projects.

  • Manage on-site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution.

  • Liaise with farm management and department heads to align infrastructure needs with operational goals.

  • Oversee procurement of engineering and construction materials.
