  • Coordinate virtual team schedules, tasks, and deliverables
  • Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team engagement initiatives
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
  • Willing and amenable to work on a long-term WFH setup and night shift schedules
