Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Multimedia Manager to lead the planning, production, and management of visual and digital content. The ideal candidate will oversee multimedia projects—from concept to delivery—ensuring high-quality, on-brand outputs that strengthen engagement and storytelling across platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of multimedia campaigns and content strategies.
  • Manage video, photo, animation, and graphic design projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to align creative output with brand goals.
  • Supervise multimedia staff and coordinate with external vendors or agencies.
  • Oversee all aspects of multimedia production—scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all media.
  • Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and tools to enhance content quality and innovation.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in multimedia production, creative direction, or digital content management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro), and design software.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Excellent eye for design, storytelling, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
