DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Production & Editing

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and multimedia content for various platforms.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and presentation

Project Management & Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to align multimedia content with brand goals.
  • Manage production timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and agencies for specialized production needs.
     

Photography & Videography

  • Capture and edit professional photos and videos for corporate events, promotions, and internal communications.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots.
  • Ensure all multimedia assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
     

Digital & Social Media Content

  • Optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital storytelling, video marketing, and interactive media.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for content strategy.
     

Technical & Creative Innovation

  • Explore new tools and technologies to enhance multimedia production.
  • Maintain and organize multimedia assets, ensuring easy access for future use.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia equipment and software
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    I. Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree in in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communications, or a related field
    II. Minimum Experience/Training 
  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and graphic design.
    III. Competency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong storytelling and creative direction skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, SEO for video content, and digital marketing principles is a plus.
