Position Summary:

The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in managing tax compliance and financial reporting for all three companies. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) responsible for all tax filings, BIR reports, and the processing of annual renewals for permits and licenses. Responsible for ensuring that all financial matters are handled responsibly and legally.

  • Prepare and file all tax returns and BIR reports in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor tax obligations and ensure timely payments.
  • Process annual renewals of all permits and licenses, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports for all companies.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial processes to identify and address compliance issues.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to management as needed.

Others:

  • Develops and maintains financial systems
  • Plans, directs, and controls accounting and financial operations
  • Prepares reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review
  • Ensures that accurate records are kept by standard practices
  • Establishes budgets, forecasts future cash flows, provides periodic financial analysis
  • Monitors budget performance, expenditure control
  • Manages invoicing procedures to collect money owed by clients/customers
  • Working closely with other departments in the business
  • Preparing various monthly reports to analyze business financial health, including sales reports, profit and loss statements, general ledger entries, goods received notes, and goods issued notes

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on tax compliance.
  • Thorough understanding of BIR regulations and tax laws.
  • Experience in processing permits and licenses is a plus.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
