As we scale, we need a
dedicated in-house finance professional
to take charge of our internal accounting and ensure that our operations run smoothly and compliantly. This is a chance to own the accounting function of a growing business and build strong systems from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Record and monitor day-to-day transactions including
    sales, purchases, and expenses
    .
  • Ensure all transactions are supported with valid
    invoices, receipts, and official documentation
    .
  • Prepare and file
    taxes
    (VAT, withholding tax, income tax) and manage compliance with
    BIR and LGU permits
    .
  • Handle
    payroll preparation
    and ensure timely remittance of
    SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions
    .
  • Manage
    bank reconciliation
    and monitor company
    cash flow
    .
  • Oversee
    petty cash and reimbursements
    with proper documentation and controls.
  • Prepare accurate and timely
    financial reports and statements
    for management.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records in line with Philippine accounting standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of
    Accountancy
    ;
    CPA license required
    .
  • At least
    5 years of accounting experience
    , preferably with exposure to both compliance and internal finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and accurately under deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to adapt in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
