**Job Opportunity: Finance Leadership Role**

The ideal candidate will oversee the full finance spectrum and day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient and accurate financial and management accounts.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Manage daily finance operations including AP, GL, payroll, treasury, audits, and more.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regional tax regulations to minimize risks.
  • Drive financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Manage annual audits and risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing finance functions across markets with a strong background in auditing, risk, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop finance staff across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Deep understanding of regional accounting and tax regulations with skilled knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and Microsoft Office tools.
