About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing YSA Dermatology - Dentistry practice in Quezon City Metro Manila. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all business functions. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the overall operations of the dental practice, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance
  2. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction
  3. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the clinic's administrative and support staff
  4. Manage financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
  5. Liaise with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and growth
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar operations management role within the healthcare or dental industry
  2. Strong understanding of dental practice management, including knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  5. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical staff
  7. Adaptable and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
