About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing YSA Dermatology - Dentistry practice in Quezon City Metro Manila. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all business functions. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the overall operations of the dental practice, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the clinic's administrative and support staff
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
- Liaise with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and growth
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar operations management role within the healthcare or dental industry
- Strong understanding of dental practice management, including knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical staff
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
