The Operation Manager (OM) oversees daily activities of the entire property including but not limited to Front Office and Housekeeping Operations, Concierge and Customer Service, Revenue and Reservations, Brand, Sales and Marketing, Food and Beverage Operations including events planning for the outlets, Safety and Security for employees, guests and property.

The OM is responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Further, RM oversees the property maintenance and appearance, and ensures that projects and milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. The RM should possess extensive knowledge of department processes that will translate to outstanding guest satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Some hotels may accept significant work experience in place of a degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role
  • Previous experience in customer service, financial management, or hospitality operations is crucial.
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with staff, guests, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work with budgets, analyze financial reports, and make decisions based on financial data.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, cost control, and profitability in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong focus on customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle various tasks and oversee multiple departments.
