Customer Service Representative

- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of IT products, services, and common technical terms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing to work onsite in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
- Can start immediately.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
