I. Summary

Customer Service Representative (Sales)is responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth by providing excellent service and product guidance.

II. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders
  • Assist customers in making purchase decisions and provide product recommendations
  • Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Follow up on leads and support sales team in achieving targets
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products
  • Meet individual and team sales/service performance metrics

III. Qualification

  • High school graduate or college level (degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales systems
  • Customer-oriented and goal-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
