Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring the Automoves brand to life across all digital channels. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling visuals that enhance brand storytelling, strengthen campaigns, and maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity across platforms.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: PHP 50,000-59,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality, on-brand visuals for social media including carousels, ad creatives, Reels covers, and graphics.
  • Create and refine brand assets that elevate messaging and storytelling.
  • Develop and maintain templates in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for team use.
  • Design visuals for HubSpot campaigns, including email banners and landing page graphics.
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Ensure all designs follow the brand's tone, typography, color palette, and visual hierarchy.
  • Organize and deliver final assets in the correct formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF) with clear file naming.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team through ClickUp, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Slack to manage deliverables and feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design for social media or digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, creative, and on-brand designs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent command of Canva, including brand kit setup and template management.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign visuals and email templates.
  • Strong eye for composition, typography, spacing, and detail.
  • Highly organized and dependable with strong time management.
  • Open to feedback, proactive in communication, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • (Bonus) Experience with motion graphics or short video layouts using After Effects or CapCut.
