Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Makati, Philippines. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily fleet operations including scheduling, dispatching, and trip documentation. S/he will supervise and coordinate with drivers to ensure adherence to assigned schedules and routes. The Administrative Assistant will monitor vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any bachelor's course
  • With at least one year of administrative experience in company fleet/vehicle management
  • Must be willing to work on flexible hours for early dispatching or late monitoring
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, good in handling negotiations, and trustworthy
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Makati City
  • Must be willing to accept Project-based Employment
