  • Strategic Vision:

  • Develop and communicate a forward-thinking events and activations strategy that elevates the brand, enhances market presence, and drives business growth.

  • Innovate and integrate emerging trends in events and experiential marketing into the overall strategic plan.

  • Leadership and Team Management:

  • Leads external agencies fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to leverage strategic partnerships for events and activations.

  • Collaborate closely with senior executives to align event initiatives with overarching corporate strategies

  • Execution

  • Oversee the planning and execution of experiential efforts, ensuring consistency in brand representation and messaging.

  • Manage logistics for large-scale events, including product launches, and regional campaigns

  • Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage the annual events budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimization.

  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and implement financial controls to safeguard budgetary integrity.

  • Performance Analytics:

  • Establish and track comprehensive KPIs to measure the success and impact of events on brand visibility, customer engagement, and business objectives.

  • Utilize analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ in planning and executing successful events and

activations. Events agency experience is a plus.

  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity and a knack for storytelling, and

problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
