Basic Tasks:

  • Install and repair kitchen equipment (hot and cold), plumbing, civil works, basic eletrical works and other facility in the retaurant
  • Maintain and service hot and cold kitchen equipment and other facility in the restaurant
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical issues for all kitchen equipment.
  • Test performance of equipment and ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform minor electrical repairs and component replacements.
  • Documents test results and provide written reports or recommendations.
  • Use special tools needed to ger the job done.
  • Aside from specialized skill, willing to undergo general maintenance for store operations such us minor plumbing works, electrical works, civil works, hot and cold equipment.
  • To do other task assign by his superior.

Education and Training Requirements:

  • Vocational or technical certification in RAC/ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS/CIVIL servicing or a related field.
  • TESDA NC II Certification on the said fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance
  • Strong knowledge in Restaurant /Food Chain maintenance principles and system diagnostics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Skilled in using trade tools and other needed equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards.
