About the role

Stile Italia Inc., a leading retail and design company specializing in luxury furniture, is seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for transforming high-end design concepts into precise technical drawings and 3D models.

As part of our design team, you'll help bring bespoke furniture pieces and refined retail environments to life combining elegance, functionality, and craftsmanship in every project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CAD professional to contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile architectural and interior design projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Create 3D digital models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts
  • Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand and translate design requirements
  • Ensure drawings and models adhere to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm's CAD standards and templates
  • Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CAD software, tools, and industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar CAD Designer or Architectural Drafter role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other key CAD software like Lumion, SketchUp, Vray and D5
  • Strong technical understanding of architectural and interior design principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
