Customer Development Manager (Industrial Channel)

Location: Sucat, Parañaque

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Development Manager to drive growth within our industrial and manufacturing channels. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background in B2B or food manufacturing who thrives in developing strategic partnerships and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and market share within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with meat processors and local manufacturers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives.
  • Identify potential accounts and provide product solutions aligned with manufacturing needs.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure reliable product supply and order fulfillment.
  • Provide regular business performance reports and market insights.
  • Ensure account profitability and maintain high service delivery standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned individually or as part of a committee.

Qualifications:

Non-negotiable:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role within the food industry.
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or food manufacturing sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Willingness to work onsite with the specified schedule.

Nice-to-have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge in planning, customer business planning, and joint business planning.
  • Understanding of raw material sourcing (meat, seafood, vegetables) and supply chain dynamics in the industrial channel.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
