Job Description

The Sales Order Processor is responsible for the management of sales orders from the beginning of the cycle to the end of the supply process. Their duties include capturing the sales order following the quotation that is provided to the customer and then tracking the sales order through its complete cycle until order completion and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Management of Prefix (order schedule) - listing the order on the Prefix schedule

  2. Recording all quotations and placing these into the relevant order category (1,2 or 3)

  3. Scheduling each order on the In-house Tracker (Truffle) and determining that the timescale for the two departments, Design and Engineering (D&E), and Production is viable.

  4. Converting the quotation on to a Sales Order on Cin7 (inventory management system)

  5. Truffle Tracker is double checked and firmed-up

  6. Ensure the Purchase Order (PO) is received from the customer and accurate

  7. Manage the receipt of the Order Handover from Salesperson

  8. Initiate the Live Orders Planner and keep up to date

  9. DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time) process document is raised and circulated to Operations, Finance and Project Management.

  10. Ensure all TBC elements are eradicated from all material (stock) requirements

  11. Raise the sales Invoice.

  12. Verify the D&E Timescale & schedule with D&E department

  13. Verify the Production timescale & scheduled with production department

  14. Ensure the Customer liaison process and email is sent to the client. This defines all elements of a client's order - Confirmation Email

  15. Ensure D&E acquire Submittal sign off and confirm with Sales Processor

  16. Ensure D&E send cut files to Production and confirm with Sales Processor

Will be required to work UK business hours (8am - 4.30pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php77, Php100,000.00 per month
