About the role

At MANILA BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE CORP, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media Supervisor to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in our Makati City Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to support the company's overall marketing and communications objectives
  • Creating engaging, on-brand content for our social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance, identifying trends and insights to optimize our strategy
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices
  • Managing and mentoring a team of social media specialists to ensure efficient and effective delivery of social media campaigns
  • Reporting on social media performance and providing recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Excellent written and visual content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of social media specialists
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  • A passionate, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork
