SAP FICO Solution Design & Configuration

  1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) solutions in S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

  2. Configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, then translate those requirements into functional specifications.

  4. Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with client business processes.

S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation

  1. Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including system configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.

  2. Work closely with the project manager to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

  3. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure the successful adoption of the new solution by end-users.

  4. Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities, limitations, and industry-specific solutions.

Integration & Testing

  1. Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (e.g., MM, SD, eWM, and other technical teams) to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other modules and third-party applications.

  2. Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues identified during testing.

  3. Define testing strategies and work closely with business users to validate the solution.

Post-Implementation Support & Optimization

  1. Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth operation of the SAP FICO solution, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

  2. Continuously monitor system performance and collaborate with the technical team to optimize the SAP FICO solution.

  3. Document functional designs, test plans, and technical specifications as needed.

Project Leadership & Mentoring

  1. Act as a project lead or subject matter expert on SAP FICO projects, guiding and mentoring junior consultants and team members.

  2. Lead client meetings, design sessions, and workshops to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

  3. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, providing proactive communication and status updates.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  1. Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud solutions, bringing new ideas and opportunities to clients to improve business processes.

  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for SAP FICO deployments in the cloud.
