Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & coach a team, outbound collectors
  • Hit daily/monthly collection targets & KPIs
  • Handle escalations, performance reviews, reporting
  • Ensure full compliance and quality standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years Team Lead experience in BPO/contact center
  • 1+ year Collections Supervisor/Team Lead role (banking, telco, healthcare, financial services, or travel)
  • At least 2nd year college or College Graduate
  • Excellent English voice & communication skills
  • Strong leadership, analytical & objection-handling skills
  • Willing to work 100% onsite
