About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead/Trainer to manage and develop a telesales team focused on selling hotel stay packages for U.S.-based hospitality clients. The ideal candidate has strong telesales expertise and a proven ability to train, coach, and motivate junior sales representatives to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and train a team of junior telesales representatives.

Oversee daily sales activities and ensure targets are met.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide sales feedback and mentoring.

Develop sales scripts and training materials aligned with client standards.

Coordinate closely with management to improve conversion rates and team performance.

Qualifications:

4–6 years of telesales experience, preferably in the U.S. hotel/hospitality industry.

1–2 years of experience leading and training telesales teams.

Strong communication and coaching skills.

Willing to work onsite in Cebu on a night shift schedule.
