What you'll do

As a Professional, Reports & Analytics (Vendor Reconciliation), you'll safeguard operational continuity and billing accuracy across multiple vendors and regions. You will manage monthly CMP, Traditional Billing, Pricing Roundup, and Syndication reports for 30+ countries, deliver AWS VIP reporting, and lead ad‑hoc pricing analyses that align stakeholders on financial outcomes. Drawing data from system tools, databases, and data warehouses, you'll integrate multiple sources to produce clear, reliable datasets for end‑users; design and maintain report formats, dashboards, data generators, and standardized ("canned") reports; and perform quality audits to ensure compliance with deliverable requirements. You'll also translate business requests into practical report specifications, balancing speed and precision while partnering across Vendor Billing, Finance, and regional teams to keep decisions data‑driven and timely.

What you bring to the role

• Around 3–5 years in report development and analytics, ideally within B2B sales or finance (technology distribution/sales).
• Comfort with data structures and intermediate Excel; experience with database or data‑warehouse queries/scripts is helpful.
• Clear communication, analytical thinking, and adaptability in fast‑paced, multicultural teams.
• Proven ability to work as an established, productive individual contributor—independently with general supervision—on moderate to complex projects.
• Sound judgment within defined procedures and practices; able to influence through clear explanations of facts, policies, and practices; consults senior/specialist colleagues on deeper technical issues when needed.
