What you'll be doing

  • Analyze and interpret customer service data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights to the leadership team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost savings based on data analysis
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of reporting tools and data analysis techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service reporting and analytics

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data analyst or reports analyst role
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for customer service and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
