About this role:
Join our dynamic finance team as a Record to Report (RTR) professional, where you'll play a key role in driving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in our financial operations. In this role, you'll handle month-end close activities, prepare journal entries, manage accruals, and perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations. You'll ensure timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices and payments, collaborate closely with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team to resolve discrepancies, and support both internal and external audits. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements, enhance automation, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and reporting—while growing your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of accounting experience with demonstrated P2P/R2R ownership
- Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Work Set Up:
- Onsite for 2 months (training)
- Hybrid (2-3x a week)
- Taguig City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
