We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Agents based in the Philippines for English-speaking roles. As a Cold Calling Agent, you will play a key role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for clients in the construction and home improvement industries.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to homeowners in English-speaking markets.
-Follow a provided script to engage potential clients and introduce services.
-Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and outcomes.
-Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as:
-Daily Calls Made:Upgrade to see actual infocalls per day.
-Appointments Set: Minimum of 2-3 qualified appointments per day.
-Call Quality: Maintain a professional tone and adhere to scripts.

What We're Looking For:
-We're open to diverse profiles. In general, you are:
-Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Previous cold calling or customer service experience preferred.
-Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
-Ability to work in Los Angeles time zones (PST). 8am-5pm.
