Work hours: 4 hours day, 5 days a week
Compensation: Starting at $4/hour performance bonuses (Paid weekly via Wise)
We're a small, passionate real estate team helping people sell their homes across the Pacific Northwest — and we're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join us as part-time outbound cold callers

???? About the Role
As a cold caller, your main goal is to reach out to homeowners and real estate investors by phone, start conversations, and identify who might be open to selling their property. You'll help build initial relationships and gather key information — laying the groundwork for future deals.
We're looking for long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who want to grow with us. No real estate experience? No problem — we'll provide all the training you need
? What We're Looking For
Strong, natural spoken English
Available to work daily starting at 10 AM PST (4 hours/day)
Comfortable with outbound calling and friendly conversations
A positive attitude and eagerness to grow
Willing to learn tools like Mojo and FollowUpBoss (we'll train you)
Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and minimal background noise
Noise-canceling headset required if working in a noisy environment
Real estate experience is a bonus, but not necessary
