
Sales Executive

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportationResponsibilitiesPhysical coverage and saturation of assigned area hospitals and clinics by identifying opportunities for MRI, CT-scan, X-ray, Ultrasound, and Hospital Informatics sales requirements. Close deals in a timely manner by methodically following established sales processes. Identify target list of hospitals/clinics based on Himex target market.
Prepare clear reports per prescribed format with pertinent information (closure timeline, customer considerations, competitors, decision-makers). Develop productive and cost-efficient schedules aligning with deal development. Thoroughly understand product specifications and features, as well as those of competitors, for effective benchmarking.
Establish reliable and lasting relationships with customers to ensure favored positioning of Himex in sales deals. Meet prescribed customer visitation and presentation/demo quotas monthly. Build a sales pipeline meeting the company's deal targets.
Identify and cultivate Key-opinion leaders through effective clinical promotion. Undertake telephone marketing and other customer outreach initiatives to identify sales opportunities. Maintain diligent prospecting and customer visitation routines, utilizing sales CRM tools.
Stay organized with scheduling to meet pipeline closure timelines. Strictly adhere to company liquidation/reimbursement policies, submitting all receipts timely.
