We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Circularity Ops specialist to join our Circularity Ops Team. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth flow of products from our distribution centers to our B2B customers and maintaining strong operational efficiency within the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process all B2B orders received from auction partners or direct B2B sales channels in our internal systems.
  • Develop and maintain the status of the quarterly plan including all areas: Secondary market sales, Recycling, Donation and Refurbishment.
  • "Drop" orders to the appropriate warehouses for fulfillment.
  • Ensure all order details, pricing, and shipping information are correctly entered and maintained.
  • Coordinate pick and pack activities between our Distribution Centers and the end B2B customers, ensuring orders are prepared for shipment according to specifications.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch of bulk orders.
  • Generate various order management and/or shipping reports as needed
  • Sort and address B2B customer service requirements related to order status, delivery, and post-shipment inquiries.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance) to resolve any B2B order discrepancies or issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in using ERP or order management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management and reporting.
