What is your mission?We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to manage corporate and property websites, optimize online presence, and support digital campaigns. You will handle website updates, SEO, business listings, marketing performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement, conversions, and traffic. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive in improving digital marketing efforts.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Website Administration
- Update website content (text, images, videos, navigation) using property management systems such as Entrata, RentCafe, and Yardi.
- Apply SEO principles to improve site visibility, search rankings, and user engagement.
- Integrate third-party features like interactive site maps, virtual tours, and applications.
- Audit website content and ensure mobile compatibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Maintain consistent design, messaging, and branding across all websites.
- Ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards and best practices.
Marketing Tracking & Domain Administration
- Manage domains through GoDaddy, track URLs, and coordinate renewals or changes.
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns and track vendor solution integrations within the marketing ecosystem.
Business Listing Services
- Set up and optimize Google Business and Yelp listings for search visibility.
- Update property business listings, including hours, locations, images, and attributes.
- Apply SEO strategies to enhance online presence and maintain adherence to best practices.
Digital Marketing Implementation
- Resolve operational issues via internal ticketing systems for minimal workflow disruption.
- Execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Identify and propose process improvements and innovative digital solutions in collaboration with marketing teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to create content, landing pages, and experiences that drive engagement.
- Propose and adhere to realistic deadlines for collaborative projects.
Additional Skills (Optional)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website modifications.
- Ability to design and execute email campaigns compliant with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Experience with SEM campaigns including PPC, remarketing, and display advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, website administration, or online content management.
- Proficiency with property management systems such as Entrata, RentCafe, or Yardi.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Business, and online business listings optimization.
- Familiarity with website analytics and digital marketing performance tracking tools.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge (preferred).
- Experience managing digital campaigns including email marketing and SEM (optional).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
